I'd go Corvus though if you run suicides.

All are absolutely amazing options. I would go with Nick since he is useful in 99% of content, has a ton of utility and hits like a truck.
Since this will be your first rank 5, you'll be using the Champion that you'll take up all the time and you probably don't have suicides (which benefit corvus a ton).
In addition Nick Fury will give the hero champions on your team +10/20% attack which will help your other champions like hype or caiw
