No global attack reduction for Act 6.2 or 6.1?

In release notes for upcoming update, only Act 6.3-6.4 are getting attack reduction. I thought Act 6.1-6.2 was also getting the same reduction. Did I miss something?

6.1 and 6.2 don't need attack reduction
Their attack values are already very low
If you want something easy go to act 5

6.1/6.2 doesn’t need any nerf on attack. Just a few bs nodes.

The attack values are fine there. Most 5/65 champs are able to eat a combo or two and stay alive.

Mr smartass I have completed act 6 long ago. Didn't ask for your opinion if values are low or high or what content i should do. If you can't help, then don't bother replying or pretending to be a tough guy.

I created this thread as few friends were asking. Yes, I did read it as first step. Was just wondering, was it planned or not. You can understand not going through act 6 announcement thoroughly as i have done it and changes really don't mean much to me.
