Catalyst fragments from ambushes gone?

I am not receiving the catalyst fragments I used to get when defeating an ambushing opponent anymore. Ahs anyone else noticed this? Why was it removed and why weren't we told?

    I have just fought through the right hand side of the tech quest and had 2 ambushes. Both gave only gold and show nothing in the guaranteed reward section. I am positive it used to give 10 cat fragments when beating an ambush opponent along with the gold and potential iso. It doesn't even show cat fragments as potential rewards, they are just gone.

    I don't know who disagreed with my original post but I know we used to get fragments (almost nothing yes but still something) and I am no longer receiving them.

    I have noticed that as well but i did get an entire cat from one ambush so it is now up to kabams ever reliable rng whether you get a restore and gold or both of those and a cat...
