New Champion Suggestion - Mystique

As I said about this, ok i have a really big passion with creating character in lots of different games
Over maybe 4 years. And I really want some response for it
I will write (Custom / champions name) to tell that its a custom character
I will write 3 new ones asap but preferably 3 a week
So let's start with a new one. Mystique
Mystique is from the mutant class
Her abilities are Shock, Bleed, Stun and transformation
Critical hits
85% chance to shock dealing 347 damage over 7.5 seconds
50% chance to gain one of the enemies buff passively for 3.5 seconds
Even if that enemy has no triggered that buff.
Heavy attack
Places a neutral stun that stuns the enemy for 4 seconds
When mystique when she uses a special. The neutral stun last for 10 seconds.
Special one
100% chance to bleed dealing 2045 damage over 11 seconds
When bleed expires 100% chance to trigger the enemies special one benefits
For 4.5 seconds
Special two
Converts all shock each shock having a 44% chance to trigger up to 2 random any
Abilities for 4.5 seconds.
Special 3
If the enemy has a neutral stun
Deal 5500 damage over 70 seconds as shock damage.
Signature ability
Every 4 seconds mystique replicates all enemy buffs these buffs last for 10 seconds
When a buff on mystique expires she instantly regain 10 health.
Synergies
Enemies with pheonix and cyclops
Rivals with rogue
Romance with magneto
Teammates with she hulk and Iron man

Sign me up I'll just parry at the start of fight and chain stun with heavy till they die
