If I cant remember my kabam ID have I basically lost my account because the support team is horrid

I'm not blaming the support team, I'm simply stating how bad the support is. I've been trying to recover my account since December

Did you provide them with the necessary information such as an email if your account was linked, or maybe a password?

they're thorough so they can be sure you are truly the one who owns the account. if you don't know the info they ask, that's not their fault and it doesn't mean they're bad at their job

The only answer I cant answer is what my original kabam id email was. I contacted support wanting to change it because I couldn't remember what the email was. I say that in my email and they keep asking what my kabam id email is.
