Summoner Showdown Week 2: Are there any champion restrictions?

At least two YouTubers with large followings have said that Mystic Champions won't be allowed. Yet, on my screen it shows the following....

"Champion Requirements
-Mystic"

Is it just me, or do these two words mean the same thing? a) Requirements, b) Restrictions

    Correct, in this case that means “can’t use Mystic”
    Instead of the “dash/minus” being an indentation “bullet point” type of formatting mark (which is very common).

    I definitely see how that could be very misleading, they should have worded it as “Excludes Mystics” (not sure if they’ve had other quests where they have an excluded class list before, instead of just listing the classes that ARE allowed).
