Rank up help

Hi guys.

I have a 5star magneto that i was ranking up to rank 5. My plan was to use rank up gems to take him from R1 to R4 then use catalysts to take him to R5 because i am low on Mutant T4cc.

But i accidentally clicked the catalysts option instead of the rank up gem option when i took him from R3 to R4.

I haven't leveled him up because i sent in a ticket to kabam explaining the situation and asking them to revert the rank up.

Do you think that i will get the resources back?

    They usually can revert these situations, as long as you don't level up the champion. It should be fine

    They will usually help reverse a mistaken rank up about once every 3 months (per account) I think. So as long as you haven't had them fix a mistake in the past 3 months I believe you should be good.
