CouldSomeone tell me what happens to your alliance war rating and Tier if you do no wars during the off-season? Thanks

yes, no change.

Depends on your tier. Some tiers can improve their war rating in offseason.

They asked what would happen if they did no wars during the offseason, not if the their ratings would be locked while doing wars.

War Rating would remain the same, but it is actually possible to still go 1 higher or lower Tier (if you were near a cutoff boundary) as other teams that actually do play offseason might have the effect of bumping you up or down in Tier a little bit. In addition to any purging of old alliances, or creation of new alliances (as that will adjust the denominator number of alliances used for calculating Tier Percentages).
