Game crashes seconds after I join a fight

Game is crashing insanely for the past 4-5 days for me. Alliance war is very important to me and I’m afraid I will let my team down today for these issues as Mcoc counts crashes as deaths and take half my health. Can I please get a response I also have seen others make complaints about this and received no response.
