Does anyone have tips how to get them fast for monthly quests

I have multiple in my overflow. But I did all quests I wanted in the first 2 weeks. The last 2 I just scouted story quests (mostly act 4) to see if there were any. I can auto-play most of the act. And otherwise would waste the energy.
You can use them to 'push' the highest difficulty you can manage. Do the quest below with normal energy, if the rewards seem worthy. But only do the lower ones when you have actual energy and don`t use any refills on them. They are not worth exploring anyway. So just do what you can. This way you have multiple weeks to collect refills, most of which you get for free from alliance activity.
