wifi issues and play issues

Kabam,
Over the last 2 updates I have seen quite a few problems arise with my game play.
The issues that I'm experiencing consist of constant WIFI connectivity problems which I have no other problems with any other device connected to my my WIFI so its a problem with the game, which causes it to lag or crash.
With that the game play lags terribly and its frustrating, my gaming time has dropped dramatically as quite frankly every time I try to play (especially) in war i end up just standing there and getting hit as my champs wont move as all.
Please sort this out.

    Game is all fine buddy... I don't think I saw any connectivity issues for quite some time... I use both Android and iOS..

    Try removing game or resetting phone or something

    I've seen a ton of people complain about this over the past month or so, and it has finally reached me. wifi and data, iOS and android, there's constant connection problems

    Have you tried clearing up some storage? Either that or you need to get a new phone. Wish you the best.

    it doesn't seem to be based on device or anything. I've seen people with the newest iphone have problems

    Oh my bad, but it happened on my old device before.

    I have the same issue, I play on an iPhone 11, and every few minutes I get the connection error signal, doesn't matter if I'm on data or Wifi...it happens mostly at the start of the fight, or end of the fight, in every mode of the game, whether its arena/quests or AQ. Members of my ally are experiencing the same issue.

    @SaltE_Wenis69 yeah, haven't noticed any lagging or crashing, it just takes forever for the fight to load, and of course, the moment I look away from my phone the fight starts and my champ gets beat on LOL

    This has been an issue the past two updates. The time spent getting into a fight or moving from tile to tile is hampered by connection issues.

    When it gets real bad you’ll see choppy animation of the champions running in to begin matches. When that happens the gameplay is often off, severely lagged inputs.

    Usually restarting the device fixes it. I play on an iPad mini and iPhone 11, both are less than a year old and have tons of memory and I keep the other apps closed.

    My initial thoughts were they were my devices or my connections, but it’s too consistent - WiFi or not, and I’m not seeing any issues running anything else.

    Game is broken i see wifi icon every time stopped playing arena because it is unplayable
