Side quest bugged???

So I’ve completed the objectives and chose the tier 4 iso key but the difficulty of the quest seems ridiculously low. Want to confirm if what I’m seeing is correct before I waste this iso key

Path i went for had a 145k health Daredevil, 88k Domino, forgot what else was there, 100k+ health Cable boss. X10 sig stone crystals

you can go in the quest without using any keys. you spend keys by going on paths
