Cavalier quest help please

I am currently fighting Warlock with Doom in first chapter of cavalier difficulty in new quest.
However i can not stun him after my sp3, tried 4 times...
Is there a reason?
He gets stuned when i parry but not when i activite sp3...

    yeah, i used a medusa, she was really good for that

    ability accuracy reduction. warlock's infection reduces the offensive aar by 30%, so there's a 70% chance for your stun to work per infection

    It means Ability Accuracy Reduction. He's reducing the chance that you stun after the SP3
