Of course the Epic difficulty Iron Patriot is the one with 5* Feature crystal, so ppl probably already have that way unlocked and claimed (so no key to fight IP again).
(or just like HERO day, just do your normal questing or arena and will come easily, no extra effort)

(Edit) the JaneFoster (tagged Metal) is indeed odd. Didn’t count, but Magneto still magnetized. Conversely, Gwenpool DOES COUNT, but does not have Metal tag (currently). Was wondering is maybe the changes to who are Metal (Gwenpool) haven’t fully been implemented correctly. And does JaneFoster fall under that category of those whose Metal tag changed recently ?
I fought a Metal tagged Jane Foster and got nothing
that's weird. I did the generic duel and it didn't work for me either
i dueled ronan and ge didn't work too. taking into account that both TJF and ronan received the Metal tag in the last update, i suppose that kabam forgot to add them to the "metal list" for this event ^_^
19 times smh ... i guess that curbs the inability to hide the resources in the Treasure Hunt ... might as well make them fight 19 times or 36 times for a key.

So that explains GwenPool as well I guess (in the opposite fashion).
Their Metal Tag status must only be “partially” implemented in game. ie, Tag is there but functionality isn’t (and visa versa for GP).
