New professor X cav crystal from black iso market

I purchased my professor X crystal from black iso market and when I spun it out I got the connection issue pop up. It went down on for a bit then time out and gave me some bs error notification

    The champ you got should’ve been earned. One of your champs might’ve been duped.

    I was screen recording the whole crystal opening I want to know how I get my units or my crystal back and I can try agin I did not receive any champion from the crystal

    Check timer on iso in stash..if any.. You will know if you duped any champ.. If its a new champ you would have notification icon on champions tab..
