Heavy Hitter Node Bug

On a node with heavy hitter in aw I launched a special 3, while the defender was charging a heavy attack. Much to my surprise the defender was still unstoppable after the sp3 and I could do nothing to get it removed. This is not the intended interaction I do believe, if it is I dare say it’s rather unfair.
Device: iPhone XR, latest iOS (13.6.1)
Game mode: AW, Tier 3, node 11
Attacker: Void
Defender: Mr. Sinister
