Professor X Archangel Synergy Broken

Earlier today I got a Prof X from the featured Crystal and When I started playing around with the synergies I found that Archangels synergy allowed all mutants to get a Sp3 within 2 seconds. Then about 4 hours later I went back to go play some more and the power gain wasn’t there anymore so I went to go see the Bugs Forum and saw that someone had posted the unfair ( but so freaking awesome) power gain and I realized what must have happened. But the power gain was still supposed to be there, just in a lesser severity but it is no longer there in any form. So where did the power gain go?
