Magneto incinerate

I thought Magneto wasn’t supposed to take incinerate damage if a metal champ is magnetized. I just dueled Doom and took incinerate damage.

Its a -70% ability accuracy reduction so that abilities can still trigger but a 70% base chance to fail, this can be increased or decreased through nodes.
