How useful will Tigra be in act 6.1?

So i recently pulled a tigra from the free featured and i was wondering does she have any amazing utility at certain fights? Shes r4

She can phase projectile special attacks, and has on demand unblockable specials, so I guess she will have use? Can’t say for certain as mines been sat at r1 since I got her a month or so ago.
