While fighting daredevil in 2.2 cav difficulty my 4* had stored up 2 attacks and one regen buffs. I waited for another attack buff so with dex I could start building up the speciaty buffs. When it came up I immediately popped sp3, however when it came back I only had my 2 attacks and one regen. Thinking this was a visual bug I want ahead and dexed but did not get any buffs outside of the precision. This happened 2 times. Once I got a VTD precision I was able to start building specialty buffs properly but could on attacks it never let me get the total of 3 there.
