Summer Smackdown Omega-missing rewards

Forgive me for posting if this issue has already been addressed by the Kabam team @Kabam Miike

Has anybody else not gotten rewards from the Summer Smackdown Omega event? And has Kabam addressed this issue at all?

I don’t want to waste energy by doing more runs if I’m not going to get the rewards associated with the side quest, so I’m hoping somebody has an answer.

I haven't received full rewards from week 6 of the smackdown I only got 30k t5b shards, 1 t2a and a t5cc random 10%.... I didn't get my other t5b, or t5cc 10% selector...

They must be busy putting out fires. Usually they are good at responding right away if I send in a support ticket, but this time over 24 hours with no response.

They did say we could do multiple runs and get the rewards for each run...:didn’t they? Or did I read that wrong?
