AW node buffs seems to be in error

With respect to AW (Hard mode), Node #27 has two particular buffs that seem to be contrary to one another. In particular, here are those two buffs:
"Enhanced Armor Break": Armor Break abilities are 40% more effective.
"True Strike": Attacks ignore Armor, Resistance and Evasion.

Question is: Why would you create a node buff that ignores all armor, yet, also enhances armor break abilities?? Seems perhaps to be a design error? Otherwise, I don't see how the Enhanced Armor Break would have any effect on this node.
