    No. Rank up materials shouldn’t be accessed. The beta data would be inaccurate if everyone maxed out 6*s and went at it. It wouldn’t be realistic to the actual experience of players. Who don’t have that option before they entire the final version. Players should enter as if they were attempting to play the final version.

    Honestly would say yes. It would allow us to test champs out on the node combinations and allow us to find what works/doesn’t work.
