Has Chapter 3 of Summoner Showdown Released?

Chapter 3 shows up for me on the fight menu, but it says I need to complete Chapter 2 to enter, which I have done a few times.

I thought Chapter 3 dropped this week, but not sure since I can’t access it. Anyone know if it is out, or is it my game being glitchy?

    2 weeks between each event, you’ll get to fight chap 3 on the 14th
