ghost and shock nodes

this might be a really dumb question but in chapter 6.1.5 there’s a path with sparky that has a node that inflicts shock dealing 100% of hp in 60 seconds or something like that. my 5* ghost is awakened so does that mean when she enters her phase at the very beginning, would the shock effect get converted to passive fury at the very beginning of the fight?
