Kabam support needs a buff

Twice i have written to kabam support Regarding the same isue. And both times they replied with the exact same message, That didnt have anything to do with my isue.

Anybody else have the same experiense when contacting kabam support?

They are absolutely horrible. So bad in fact most people don't bother contacting them. We just take our screwing and move on.

Support always goes off topic and never comes close to mentioning whatever issue you send in.

I sometimes question whether its a real person giving a copy and paste answer who doesn't know the game or just a bot type system that picks up on key words and send an automated response. Either way, its terrible and never helps come to a solution/resolve.

Kabam support has been taken over by Skynet. Unresponsive to human plight, they manifest their intent to destroy the battle-realm.

I submitted a ticket for ranked arena rewards (more than once) and they replied saying either I may not have qualified or I definitely did not, can't remember which, but in the same reply was a link to a page that stated exactly why I did, in fact, DEFINITELY qualify for ranked rewards. Supports argument hinged on me being outside of the 100% of people who scored 150k, when I had gone well over.

So this was one confirmed case of someone not understanding the game, or not comprehending the literature they sent me, or both, or being a robot.

Maybe like a global buff. Let's call it "true solution"

Description: all customer service reps that are subject to this buff will actually have a faint understanding the of the game and be able to communicate effectively. While under the effect of this buff rep' s computers no longer have the ability to copy and paste. Responses will have a 90% chance of resolving issues on first correspondence.
