**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Twice i have written to kabam support Regarding the same isue. And both times they replied with the exact same message, That didnt have anything to do with my isue.
Anybody else have the same experiense when contacting kabam support?

Support? Lol I don't think they have any clue about this game.
I sometimes question whether its a real person giving a copy and paste answer who doesn't know the game or just a bot type system that picks up on key words and send an automated response. Either way, its terrible and never helps come to a solution/resolve.
So this was one confirmed case of someone not understanding the game, or not comprehending the literature they sent me, or both, or being a robot.
Description: all customer service reps that are subject to this buff will actually have a faint understanding the of the game and be able to communicate effectively. While under the effect of this buff rep' s computers no longer have the ability to copy and paste. Responses will have a 90% chance of resolving issues on first correspondence.
