Magneto (Wht.) SP2 should apply bleed to non-immune and non-robot #metal champs

Hi, in testing Magneto against WS (ROL) he didn't bleed but degen instead because of his #metal tag. I believe this hurts Magneto's damage output because he can't take advantage of the deep wounds mastery if you have it. The degen should only apply to #metal champs who are immune to bleed or robots.

    Except for Omega Red and Cable. It's good they don't bleed. It prevents Omega from activing his Death Field and from Magneto receiving degen from Cable.
