Tech Rank up Choices?

I have some tech t4cc expiring soon so will have to rank up a tech champion even though I don't really need it, but was wondering what the best choices would be. (I'm currently uncollected but still fairly low with around 30 5*s).

The choices are:
r5 4* Ghost (duped)
r5 4* Vision AUO (duped)
r3 5* Mysterio.

    Do you mean you have 5* versions of ghost and vision at r4 maybe? Otherwise they are already at max rank. Assuming so, ghost is the best option, though if you are looking for power control, then vision is ok (there are many better for this but completely depends on your needs).

    No ghost is 4 star.
