Bug with weapon x on legendary today

i noticed weapon x on legendary seem to be gaining his rage charges lot faster today.
I was able to beat him before, but it is impossible for me today.
I noticed that sometimes he would gain 2 rage charge per hit that he received.
Basic hit from vision og, starlord, warlock and not causing any DOT.
Anybody else noticed the same?

    he can gain multiple charges quickly, he gains them if he is struck, or if one of his abilities fail due to chance, such as not gaining a regeneration passive when hit which is only a 50% chance.

    I could swear that he wasn't this tough before.
    Right now he's terrible.

    And also, in the video, the way he waited for me to charge forward before countering is brutal.
    Maybe I'm just a bad player.
