Active player LF Gold Alliance (no line pref)

I'm looking for a chill alliance with active players, who also understand that people have lives outside the game. I've been in several alliances where people don't join wars for 15 hours, don't move in AQ, etc. despite logging in, and it's frustrating.

Ideal ally hits G3 consistently and Map 4/5 AQ. No line preferred. I know I don't have the best champions or ones with particularly high PI, but I'm trying to build. Please see my roster/prestige below.
