Our alliance hasn't received our season rewards

We have been waiting all day to claim our season rewards and watching all other alliances get theirs and opening crystals and raking up champs is a but unfair.. I wanted to open the mystic and science duo crystal but it will probably expire whenever we get our rewards.. does anyone else have this issue?
