Stealth Spidey or Warlock

I’m about to take my first 5 star do r5 but idk who would be more worth it. I don’t have many high tier raw damage characters so I was thinking stealthy but warlock is also a beast. Leave reasoning if u want.

Warlock for double immunities (beneficial for Biohazard, suicides), Armour Up buff (Havok counter), Heal Block, Power Drain Power Burn and Regen

Stealthy spidey warlock or warloxk. Hmmmm... tough choice but I have to go with warloxk
