Rank up advice?

Just looking for a bit of rank up advice. I put up my whole 5/6 star roster, except for the trash ones I don't plan on ranking (both versions of Groot and Cyclops, etc - got about 15 of those). For some extra context, I have 1 tech, 2 skill, and 3 mystic AGs and a 3-4 mystic rank up gem. Can take anyone to 5/65 right now, but I'm not sure who it should be yet.
Also if any of you are experts in any of these champs, please let me know how to use them. I've heard a lot of great things about Black Widow and Claire but I don't think I've figured them out quite yet, so help would be appreciated.

    A R4 one. He's asking who to take to R5. Plus I'd take Mags, HT, and Venom up over Claire without suicides.

    BWCV can be poison/bleed/incenerate immune, she can inflict all 3 of those too, not to mention the power you can gain by purposefully cycling to 1 of those debuffs that your opp is immune too. She can regen, power steal and inflict crazy burst damage with her sp2.
    She has a synergy with herself to give extra attack, her prestige isn't too bad and she doesn't NEED to be awakened although her awakened ability can be uesfull if timed right to stop you being KOd.

    Honestly, it depends what you are wanting to use the champ for. BWCV is a solid questing/AQ/AW champ.
    I R5d her unawakened (now duped) but never regreted it for a moment.

    Quake is great IF you can nail the Quake n' bake but between her and HT, depends how you like to play and what you want to do.
