Is the boss rotating or random? Do you have to defeat the boss to rotate it? I have had Weapon X on Legendary forever and he'd slaughtering me! I've beaten him on that level before but I'm struggling. I've watched videos and this guy is just my Achilles heel.

    Thanks, so I've got to beat this guy. Ok, that's helpful to know. I hate fighting him.
