Suicides PI and attack are bugged??

I already have maxed liquid courage! I just put my second point in double edge mastery !! And instead of PI increase, the PI of my champs got down by 400 to 700PI !! Is it fine!! Suicides are supposed to ìncrease PI and attack! Right?? But why PI is down!!
