Uncollected title recovery

Hello Kabam Authorities,
I want to draw your attention towards this problem we are facing since long time.
As per your policies you guys take back Any Item gained by players by violating your terms and services by any means.
Summoners call them modders in common language.
My Uncollected Title and item gained by completing act 5.2 were taken back a year ago because kabam found something suspicious in my account at that time. I do agree that I was sharing my account at that time with my friend in order to get uncollected ASAP.
I am requesting Kabam to return my title since 1 year but everytime i request them they send just an auto generated message repeatedly that kabam won't return my title.
I do apologise for my mistake and there are many players like me who are not getting their title back.
I am unable to play monthly uncollected event quest, no uncollected golden crystals for me from 1 year. Is this not enough punishment for my suspicious activity?
If i become cavalier without having my uncollected title then everyone will suspect me as a modder and no one will allow me to join their alliance.
I want to request that kabam should give us another chance atleast to get back uncollected title so that we can play this game without having any doubtfull thing in our account.

Guys please pay attention to this topic and do something for us
When someone violates our Terms of Service to gain an in-game Title, they do so willingly to be able to easily get something which honest players in The Contest have to spend a considerable amount of time, effort and resources to obtain.
We've made our stance on cheating very clear: it's completely unacceptable in all circumstances. If someone cheats, we will find out and we will punish them whatever way we feel is appropriate based on the severity of the violation. Regardless of whether or not you agree with that policy, it's not something which is up for discussion or debate on these Forums.
