My Friend has -22000 UNITS!!!!

in Bugs and Known Issues
One day my friend logged in and was unable to use any units. So he looked at his unit count and he has -22000 units. It has been like this for a few months now and he hasn't done anything about it so I thought that I would. His username is " _SpiderManXD_ ". Please may someone try and resolve this issue. Thank you

    I doubt it's been months. He probably took advantage of the side quest, spent the units, and they were turned into negative units on his account.

    He either asked for refunds or he used a store different from the in-game one. They don't discuss these issues on the forum anyway.

    Account issues don’t get discussed on the forums (it’s a T.o.s thing). Your friend will need to lodge a support ticket in game to get said issue rectified. Sadly you can not do it for him.

    The forum mods have no power or ability to do anything about it. Nor do we; the gaming community.

    @IzaazTheWarrior07 tell your friend this sequence to open a Support Ticket on the matter. In game in the home screen there's a gear icon in the upper left corner. Tap that. Then hit the green "Support" button. From there they'll have to find the appropriate fields to fill in and send it out. Tell them they'll get an automated response to start and then a 2nd response will be from someone that can provide insight into why it's happening.
