Organized alliance of mature adults who love to play this game and strive to be successful as possible, while still recognizing and respecting the idea that sometimes people have more important/other things to do. Many of us have done the “5x5”/heavy grind thing, but just don’t have time for that any more.
We do multiple levels of AQ every day. Some do Map 5, while another holds back in Map 3 and/or 4, so people can do other stuff (become Uncollected) or not participate because they are too busy, yet not leave their teammates high and dry.
We do 2 groups of war at a time, so people aren’t forced to participate in anything they don’t want to/don’t have time for.
Line use is a must, as communication is the key.
