Full Act 6 Nerf question

So I have a big question about the act 6 nerf.
Do people think the gates in 6.1 and 6.2 will be removed? I think this will make act 6 exploration much better for free to play players.

I don't think so, I think they're really just focusing on the attack ratings and badly designed boss fights in these quests.

If they do that'd be great, but I really doubt they would.
