Arena AI Changes (which Arenas ?)

Changes to AI increasing defenders use of SP (of issue mostly prior to getting into streak) says “in any Arena where you can use 3,4,5, and 6-star champions”.
Should that be “OR” instead of “AND” ??
Was thinking at first this would only be 5* Feature Arena (4* and Cat Arenas can’t use 6*). But then again, there actually is NOT ANY arena where you can use ALL of those (3/4/5/6).
Also (guess depends on answer to above)...
About DEATH MATCHES, is that change limited to just certain Arenas (3/4/5/6, depending what that really means), or to every arena and is not meant to be “conditional” on the 3/4/5/6 wording that precedes the AI Change info ??
