Not getting units from arena crystal

Hey kabam I just want to know what is the reason that I am not getting any units from arena crystals?
I have opened around 500k worth of arena crystal but not getting single units. If theres any kind of limit from that then please I want to know and stop wasting my effort. Kindly please tell

Yes, you have a chance at getting them, not a guaranteed drop.
So keep open, eventually you will get some
