I have a 5* generic AG.
Is Dr. Doom or Ghost worth it?
If not, who would you use it on?

Ghosts rotation and power becomes vastly different once awakened and is worth a generic.
Dr Doom doesn't need it unless your a prestige hunter. What other people are on your awaken list?

depends on who you have or don't have / are hunting. I'd probably use it but it depends

The only other ones I have worth it are namor, colossus, aegon, venom, Hulkbuster, stealthy, wasp, elsa, havok, bloodstone.

I also have 5* AG skill, mutant, science.

I'd use mutant on colossus, skill on aegon, and generic for ghost

that phase to start the match is super useful. i'd go Ghost.

Yeah Id use it on ghost, Id use a 6* generic on ghost
