Alliance war matchmaking adjustment to make them more evenly competitive.

I think it would make sense to have alliances lock in their defenders and attackers BEFORE the matchmaking begins so that teams of the same skill level can be matched. The combined ratings of the participants would be what decides the level of the opponent, not the total alliance rank which often leads to severe mismatches and is the number one complaint about war that I have heard.

    That’s the only complaint and has been very sparse now, since the adjustments were made.

    The old system was alliance prestige and alliance rating that had the most affect on matchmaking and that was a piss poor system that caused some heavy abuse in it by lower alliances so they'd end with a higher season ranking than alliances 2-3 times their size.

    The current system only uses war rating and since it's evened out. It is has been the just about as fair as can be on any given war match

    No one abused anything. They played their Wars fairly.
