Act 5 hidden gates issue

I’m trying to farm some items by repeating paths in act 5 and it’s not allowing me to go down certain paths. I was told this was a known issue and that I can be sent some keys.

If you already explored that path, I haven't ever heard of being sent more keys. Only thing you can do is contact support.

support will send you keys if you put in a ticket. I did and got the keys.
