Need to bring back the downrank/ uprank option.

Hey Kabam,
Was thinking it's time you brought back the down rank/ up rank item for the players.
A lot of players would love to down rank their 4* champs and up rank our 5* champs.
I don't even grind in arenas anymore because it's not worth my time.
