Same here.
Takes around 10 mins to open .
In starting it showed the network issue which persists then instead of restarting I let the game log in and after about 5to 6 mins, it changed to the loading page and within 30 secs I reached my home page.
Don't worry ignore that network sign and let the game open without restarting.
