6.2.2 Sinister boss EMP not replaced with Prey on the weak?

Maybe ive missed something but as i understood Sinisters EMP modification was gonna be replaced with Prey on the weak?
My game is updated and EMP is still there!

    Yeah you missed something... none if the act 6 nerfs have gone live ;)

    Was hunting for tier 2 alpha to rank up my spelthy and had to go run through 2 paths on that quest. EMP mod is still there, and annoying as hell! Good thing I had G2099 to solo him on both occasions, or I'd have probably had to wait another whole week before I could get enough fragments for the guy.
