I noticed when using my sig 200 Black Widow classic that she's not bypassing defenses against science or triggering some other abilities. Example - I fought a CapIW and hit my s3, but no stun. It's a 70% chance and I have Quake for an extra 15% chance.
Maybe that was just bad luck, but then I fought IW on Rage node, and she got a rage on every crit and went Unblockable (basically unbeatable since it was Stubborn global). So that's my 80% base reduction + 15% vs Science + 15% for Quake and still triggered Rage every time I hit big. I used to be able to fight 6 Star Thing and never get rock charges along with other examples of never/rarely being evaded or triggering other things against science champs. Now I can't even fight a rage node against another 5 star champ?
