Buff/rework to star lord

I know star lord is about as original as it gets in mcoc, but ever since the game was released, there have been several champions that can do what he does better than he can and more, even without being awakened. I feel like he’s become useless at this stage of the game, as he has nothing to his kit except the awakened ability.

    Yeah sure... With champs like Superior Iron Man, Iron Patriot, Cyclops and so on Star Lord is definitely on top of their rework priorities
