Glory for all alliance activities

I am a daily player who is at a crossroads. I do all events, war and aq. I am in a new alliance with a lot of new players. I left my old alliance so I could help my brother and his friends grow. I feel low on champs. 8 for war, 3 for aq. I don't have the resources to rank up the champs I have. I don't see why only aq gives glory. I am not a whale. I do get the occasional deal. All I am asking is to spread the glory around so we can rank up the champs we have. Please think about it.
